SHIPPING & DELIVERY

RICH Tribe offers standard, express, and international shipping.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

All in-stock orders orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from purchase from our distribution center in Manila, Philippines.

Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Note: Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Note: RICH Tribe is not responsible for delays in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers. 

Order Not Delivered

In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at support@richtribela.com. If the package is declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.

If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at support@richtribela.com within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.

Note: Couriers do not accept claims for stolen parcels, so orders delivered to the correct location with proof of delivery are not eligible for reimbursement.

PHILIPPINE LOCAL SHIPPING

Our distribution center is located in Manila, Philippines.
All rates and transit times are reflective of this location.
  • RICH Tribe offers free shipping for all orders in the Philippines above ₱2,000 PHP via Express Mail Service (EMS) - automatically offered at checkout. All contiguous domestic orders are shipped via LBC or Abest.

    SHIPPING DOMESTIC FLAT RATE

    Metro Manila: ₱100 - 125
    Outside Manila: ₱150 - 170

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FLAT RATE

    USA/EU/CAN/AUS: $50 USD
    Asia (SG/TH/MY/TW/VN/UAE/HK): $20 USD

    Fee is calculated based on current transit costs. All international orders will have duties & taxes included in the order cost.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders above $200 USD - automatically offered at check out.

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted by us, our dispatch team endeavors to process it as quickly as possible so it is ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.

Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.
