We offer FREE shipping for all orders above $200 USD - automatically offered at check out.

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted by us, our dispatch team endeavors to process it as quickly as possible so it is ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.

Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.

Your tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to delivery time. After your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow for standard delivery time from the courier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for any purchase, but we can offer an exchange or store credit.

Please ensure your item/s are eligible to be returned and meet our conditions of exchange.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date.

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact support@richtribela.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

Once your order is confirmed, we are not able to change, cancel or alter it. Our exchange process is easy, and you are welcome to exchange once your order is received.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us immediately at exchange@richtribela.com. Or if you've signed up, we recommend to sign into your account to edit your order. 

If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at support@richtribela.com before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched to the courier, we can no longer change any details.
