RETURN POLICY
We love our stuff and hope you do too, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.
Due to the high cost of logistics costs, we currently do not offer returns and exchanges. We can issue store credit or refunds due to product damage issues upon shipping only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for any purchase, but we can offer an exchange or store credit.

All international orders are final.
EXCHANGES
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may issue a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery upon approval of return.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For online orders, return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty. If your request is accepted, we will notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Should you need to begin an online exchange, kindly contact us at exchange@richtribela.com before sending back the item.
Please include your email address used at checkout, your order number, and also be sure to take and send photos with your email to customer service.
Damage or missing claims made after two days of receipt will not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
DAMAGES ON PURCHASED ITEM
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect all items upon receiving your item. We honor exchanges on damaged item(s) within 2 days after delivery to initiate an exchange.
If in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at support@richtribela.com so that we can get you sorted.
You may opt to replace the damaged item with the same one if available, or you can replace it with another item. Should there be issues with sizing or preference, the purchase can be exchanged, under the terms and conditions of our

If you refuse your order, or any part of it, without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
